Welcome to Shrimply Aquatics. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms.

1. Live Animal & Plant Sales All sales of live shrimp and aquatic plants are final. Due to the nature of live animals, we do not accept returns. Please review our Refund & DOA Policy before purchasing.

2. DOA (Dead on Arrival) We guarantee live arrival on all shipments. DOA claims must be submitted within 2 hours of delivery with a photo of the deceased shrimp in the unopened packaging. See our full Refund Policy for details.

3. Shipping Responsibility Once your order is handed off to the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages. We are not liable for delays caused by extreme weather or carrier issues.

4. Animal Welfare By purchasing live shrimp from Shrimply Aquatics, you confirm that you have an appropriate and properly cycled aquarium ready to receive the animals. We are not responsible for livestock that perish due to improper tank conditions after delivery.

5. Order Accuracy It is your responsibility to ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot reship or refund orders sent to an incorrectly provided address.

6. Pricing & Availability All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability.
