Shipping Policy

Live Shrimp Shipping All live shrimp are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days) at a flat rate of $25.00. This fee accounts for the live handling and specialized packaging required to safely transport your livestock.

Plant Shipping Aquatic plants are shipped via USPS (3-5 business days) at a flat rate of $10.00.

Shipping Days We ship Monday through Thursday only to ensure your order does not spend a weekend in transit. Orders placed after Thursday will be held and shipped the following Monday.

Processing Time Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of being placed.

Weather & Temperature During extreme heat or cold, we may delay shipments to protect the health of your livestock and plants. If a delay is necessary, we will notify you by email.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed by USPS once they have been handed off to the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
